Charity Collection Appeals

Assalamu 'Alaikum. If your masjid or charitable organisation wishes to conduct a collection at ICC Wembley, please complete the form below and attach the required documents. A member of the office will review your request and get back to you shortly, insha'Allah.

Please ensure the following information is included in your attached documents:

• 1Request Letter — a formal letter from your organisation requesting permission to collect
• 2Charity Registration Certificate — proof that your organisation is a registered charity
• 3Project collecting for — details of the specific project or cause funds will go towards
• 4Country or area you propose to collect for — specify the geographic beneficiary
• 5Contact Name — the name of the person we should correspond with
• 6Contact Number — a phone number for the designated contact
